Natick thrift shop Second Chances is providing shoppers with a way to purchase unique and inexpensive holiday gifts while simultaneously donating to Hopkinton-based animal charity Greyhound Friends.
Items ranging from jewelry, books, dishes, clothing, small furniture, holiday decorations, Greyhound-related goodies and numerous other hidden gems are now available at the store. Never-been-opened donated items are also for sale. All sale proceeds benefit Greyhound Friends, a nonprofit dedicated to saving racetrack greyhounds and placing them in responsible loving homes. Items donated to Second Chances can be used as a tax deduction. Second Chances is located on the southwest corner of Route 135 and Route 27 next to the Natick Town Common.
