Sean Bielat, candidate for the 4th Congressional District, stopped by the Dover Days Fair.
Fresh off his primary win Mr. Bielat was out meeting the people of Dover who he hopes to represent in Washington. He won Dover with 82% of the vote and will face off against Joe Kennedy III in November.
