Dover Police Log: Donkeys in Roadway
The following information was provided by the Dover Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.
Tuesday, Dec. 11
6:56 a.m.: A caller responded to a report of donkeys in the roadway. Officers notified the animals' owner who returned them safely.
8:47 p.m.: The station received a 911 call and an immediate hang-up from the caller. Police returned the call and spoke with a secretary who stated the call came erroneously from a child.
3:57 p.m.: A caller reported a trash can on the side of the road with animal remains inside.
