Tuesday- May 8, 2012

Animal Complaint- 9:08 a.m.

Western Avenue and Whitney Street- Turkey injured in the roadway. CM&D notified, animal removed.

Complaint- 11:23 a.m.

South Main Street- Reporting party stated that a vehicle that was parked in the Citgo parking lot was driving erratically. Area checked, gone on arrival.

 

Wednesday- May 9, 2012

Disturbance- 10:26 a.m.

Maple Street- Reporting party stated that another female pushed her sister and threatened to punch her in the face. Officers investigated.

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash- 8:42 p.m.

Western Avenue- Report of a motor vehicle accident in the area with injuries. Car vs. tree.

 

Thursday- May 10, 2012

Erratic Operation- 9:03 p.m.

South Main Street- An ambulance driver saw an SUV driving all over the road. Area checked, gone on arrival.

 

Friday- May 11, 2012

Complaint- 11:59 p.m.

Woodland Street- Reporting party stated that there were numerous cars speeding down the road at all hours of the day. Information taken.

 

Saturday- May 12, 2012

Motor Vehicle Crash- 11:04 a.m.

North Main Street- Caller reported that someone had struck a telephone pole. Officers investigated. NSTAR on-scene.

 

Monday- May 14, 2012

Complaint- 12:58 p.m.

Prospect Street- Report of possible illegal dumping in the area as some tires had been seen there off of the roadway on Prospect Street. CM&D Director Ed Wagner stated that he would notify the resident about removing it themselves as it was on private property.

Animal Complaint- 4:18 p.m.

Western Avenue- Homeowner had 7-9 sheep killed by coyotes this afternoon in addition to several wounded. Animal Control Officer responded.

 

Tuesday- May 15, 2012

Complaint- 12:28 p.m.

Hollis Street- Resident stated that she heard gun shots in the conservation area behind her home. Officer responded and heard nothing in the area. Unable to locate.

Animal Complaint- 12:36 p.m.

Ivy Lane- Resident stated that he had a raccoon in his garage that will not leave. Animal Control Officer notified.
