Sherborn Police Log: Animal Control Officer Reunites Dog with Owner

The following information was provided by the Sherborn Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, October 8

Dog Found (11:52 a.m.) - A resident of Ward Ln. reported that he found a dog with no tags. The Animal Control Officer was notified and responded. The ACO identified a chip in the dog, but the chip hadn't been activated. Still, the ACO was able to find out who the dog belonged to and reunite it with the owner.

Tuesday, October 9

Suspicious Activity (3:47 p.m.) - A caller from Whitney St. reports that a silver jeep is sitting under the power lines. The parties were located and everything checked out fine. They were a church group going door to door.
