The American Legion is a nationwide organization dedicated to supporting veterans and local community programs throughout the country. The Dover Legion Post 209 was chartered in 1919. It hosts special events throughout the year, provides scholarships and participates in numerous charitable programs such as Toys for Tots. The hall is available for rent for private functions and features a bar, kitchen and space to accommodate up to 200 people.
