Democrats in Dover will hold a Caucus on Monday, February 11th to elect delegates to the Massachusetts Democratic Party's 2013 Platform Convention. All Dover Democrats registered as of December 31, 2012, are eligible to participate. Attendees are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the Caucus. Those elected as delegates to the Convention will debate and adopt a new party platform. The Convention will be held on Saturday, June 1 in Lowell. 3 Delegates and 3 Alternates will be chosen at the Caucus to attend the Convention. Those not elected as Delegate or Alternate, who meet the qualifications, may apply to be add-on delegates in the following categories: youth, minorities, and individuals with disabilities.
