The Dover PTO will hold a "Wild West Bonanza" auction tonight at the Chickering School from 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Dress in your most casual cowboy clothing - jeans and cowboy boots and enjoy a full dinner provided by Blue Ribbon BBQ and cash bar.
As well as taking a ride on a mechanical bull the main event of the evening will include the live auction which features something for everyone. Bid on several getaways, as well as some "priceless" items such as a tailgate party with eight tickets to a Patriot's game, food, beverages and a Tom Brady autographed football. Or, a VIP package of special access passes, memberships and gift certificates to the best of Legacy Place. Or, you could bid on an autographed drum from Chickering alumni and recent artist-in-residence, Leon Mobley.
Other items up for auction include Adirondack chairs, painted bookcases, decorated clocks, jazzed-up lamps, collages and more all created by each classroom.
The "Wild West Bonanza" helps fund enrichment programs, scholarships and equipment at the Chickering School.

The Chickering School is an elementary school that is part of Dover-Sherborn's public school system. It is located on Cross Street in Dover. Chickering has grade levels K-5 and replaced the old Caryl School. The school is named after former town selectman James Chickering.
