DESCRIPTION:The topic of discussion will be a needs assessment of Dover's
  senior residents.&nbsp\; Our seniors presently account for 22% of Dover
 's population or 1\,200 residents.&nbsp\; We will be discussing&nbsp\;th
 e COA's&nbsp\;proposal for a wheelchair accessible van to be used by sen
 iors for medical appointments\, shopping\, visiting loved ones and many 
 events.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Also\, to be discussed\, is&nbsp\;building&nbsp\;a 
 senior center which will provide a dedicated space in&nbsp\;one location
  for senior activities\, meals and an opportunity to socialize with our 
 friends and neighbors.&nbsp\; This luncheon will be attended by State Re
 p. Denise Garlick and State Sen. Mike Rush along with all the Dover Sele
 ctmen.&nbsp\; This luncheon is funded by the Friends of the COA.&nbsp\;
