The Needham Garden Club is sponsoring, at the Needham Library, a class on Traditional and Creative Designs for New England Homes with Tony Todesco. Starts at 9:30 a.m. A $5 donation is suggested.

4. If you want to know about where a country is, it helps to know where it has been. Modern Russian history is the topic of today's Council on Aging lecture at the Dover Town Library, which is set to run from 10 a.m. to noon today.
