Thanks for Successful Egg Hunt!

Girl Scout Troop #72406 of Sherborn (fourth graders) would like to thank all those who attended the Egg Hunt in Sherborn last Saturday morning.  We are proud to report that the Egg Hunt was a huge success!  Our troop would also like to say thank you to the Pine Hill Staff and the Selectman’s Office for allowing us to use the Pine Hill playground.

It was a beautiful day with the sun shining and everyone enjoyed watching the children search for eggs and some neighborly chit-chat.  This was the first in what we KNOW will be an annual event sponsored by the Sherborn Girl Scouts!  102 children participated in the hunt and our troop was thrilled to offer a community event for young children.  The funds we raised will be used to support future town-wide troop activities, such as the flowers we plant on Memorial Day.
