Pet of the Week: Meet Tiger

Tiger is an adorable Chihuahua mix who is approximately 2 years old and weighs about 10 lbs. He was rescued from a neglect situation where he was kept chained up in an unheated shed, but is in surprisingly good condition in spite of such poor treatment. He is a lively and sweet little guy and wants to interact with us, but is still learning how to do that. He gets better every day and it is very rewarding for our volunteers see him make progress. He is in a foster home with two large dogs and is doing very well.  What he needs now is a loving home with experienced dog owners, a fenced yard and no young kids. If you have some time to devote to continue socializing Tiger, we would love to introduce you to Tiger. Tiger is a sweet dog and loves squeaky toys and is very playful. He is good with other dogs and we think he has tremendous potential. He is completely clean in his kennel as long as he get outside 4 or 5 times a day.
