Sherborn Historical Society to Celebrate 100th Birthday
The work of Sherborn artists will help the Historical Society celebrate its 100th birthday.
The Sherborn Historical Society will celebrate its 100th birthday with an art show of works created by local artists and artists with a connection to Sherborn, according to Hometown Weekly.
"Sherborn artists may submit up to three pieces of their work for consideration by our jury to be exhibited at the art show. It is to be held at the Sherborn Community Center (1858 Townhouse) on the weekend of October 4th and 5th. Artists will also enjoy the opportunity to sell any exhibited pieces they have with 15 percent of the sales price being contributed to the Historical Society," Hometown Weekly said.
A preview party kicks off on Oct. 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. with the event opening to the public on Oct. 5 from 10 to 4 p.m.
