'American Hustle,' Film Shot in Natick, Up for 10 Oscars
Best picture, lead actor and actress among the nominations.
The Town of Natick may be able to boast an Academy Award-winning film was once shot here.
The Academy announced the nominations to this year's Award show, and "American Hustle" is up for 10 Oscars, including:
- Best picture;
- Best director: David O. Russell;
- Best lead actor: Christian Bale;
- Best lead actress: Amy Adams;
- Best supporting actor: Bradley Cooper;
- Best supporting acress: Jennifer Lawrence.
Earlier this month, "American Hustle" dominated the Golden Globes, winning best picture, lead actress and supporting actress.
The Academy Awards will air live on ABC on March 2, starting at 7 p.m.
