Plum Organics is recalling it’s pouch products within its Baby Stage 2 , Tots Mish Mash and Kids lines due to a manufacturing defect that can cause spoilage.

In a statement, the company says the defect may cause some of the pouches to swell and lead to spoiling the contents.

Recalled products can be identified by the “Best By” dates ranging from August 5, 2014 to Dec. 8, 2014 and the letters “AT.”

You can find full information in an announcement from the company.

The company says parents should not feed any of these products to their children.

Anyone who has purchased an affected product, should contact the Plum Organics Consumer Hotline at 866-495-3774 or send an email to info@plumorganics.com to request a product replacement voucher.

To request a product replacement voucher, you can complete an online replacement voucher form at www.plumorganics.com/replacement-voucher-request or send an email to info@plumorganics.com with the subject line “Replacement Voucher,” and the following information: first and last name, full address, phone number, best by date and the number of affected pouches you have.
