Dover Sherborn High School Alpine Ski Team
The DSHS Alpine Ski Team gears up for what should be another awesome race season. Stay tuned for results and information about the team throughout the season!
Last night, the DSHS Alpine Ski Team had our first on snow practice. Although the hill was blasting with snow guns, and it was a little harder than was expected, it was really great to get everyone out on the hill. After a month of dryland, I think everyone was ready to hit the slopes and get ready for a solid race season. Although we haven't started our training quite yet, I think that we have a good team for both the boys and the girls, and we will have a good chance at defending our league title.
Our first race will be next week on Thursday January 10, at Blue Hills. It will be great to get the first race over with and get a start on our season. I look forward to a good showing by all of our racers! Results to come later next week.
