"They arrived and found the brother was lying on floor,” said Bento

Bento said that the victim stated to a Sherborn Police detective that "wrestling or roughhouseing had taken place and he had been stabbed."

The victim was transported to Framingham Union Hospital.

According to Bento, a doctor stated in his opinion that the three-inch puncture wound did not occur as the victim described.

The doctor also said that the victim appeared to have defensive wounds on his arm, according to Bento.

"The doctor described it as a puncture stab," Bento said.

The victim received stitches and was treated and released later Sunday morning, Bento said.

This incident was not the first time Bezahler has been arrested.

According to Bento, Bezahler was arrested and charged with allegedly attempting to break into Sherborn Wine & Spirits on Dec. 14, 2010 and was also charged for allegedly attempting a similar crime at Palumbo Liquors in Medfield.
