5 Things You Need to Know Today in Dover, Sherborn: Aug. 27
Recreation Departments meet, school is near and the temperature is hot.
1. The Recreation Departments in both, Dover and Sherborn, will meet today. Dover's will meet at 7:15 a.m., while Sherborn's will meet at 7:30 p.m.
2. Dover-Sherborn students will be headed back to school this week. High schoolers participating in athletics have been attending practice, but academic classroom sessions don't begin until Wednesday.
3. The temperature outside has been just plain hot. That's not going away, as it will be in the mid 80s today, although The Weather Channel does say it will be partly cloudy.
