Dover Police Log: Heart Attack, Suspicious Phone Call

The following information was provided by the Dover Police Department.

Friday, Jan. 11

8:50 a.m.: Police received a 911 call requesting an ambulance for a possible heart attack. The patient was experiencing chest pain, shortness of breat and flushness. The patient was transported to Beth Israel hospital. 

5:06 p.m.: A Saddle Ridge Road resident reported receiving a phone call froma party who stated they were sending her a replacement medicare card. The suspicious caller asked the woman for her bank information. When questioned, the suspicious caller terminated the call.

5:15 p.m.: Multiple 911 callers reported a car hitting a deer on Dedham Street. An officers responded, and reported the car was drivable and the deer was deceased. Animal Control was notified for pickup.
