Fitness guru and author Michael Schiemer will be at the Dover Town Library tonight from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to promote and discuss his book 'The Frugal Diet' and to talk about how to get in shape in spring. 3. The spring sports will be in full swing today. Boys and girls track will be at home facing Westwood this afternoon at 3:45 p.m. The D-S baseball and softball team will be playing rival Medfield at home at 3:45 p.m. Girls varsity lacrosse will be at Walpole High School today at 7:30 p.m. and the boys lacrosse team will be in Cohasset at 4:00 p.m. today.
