1.Today is an early release day for students at Chickering Elementary School and Pine Hill Elementary School. Pine Hill students will be released at 12:00 p.m. and Chickering School students will be released at 12:15 p.m.
2. A "Coping With Loss Support Group" will be held at the in Sherborn at 11:30 a.m. This group is open to seniors who have experienced a loss or are facing a health-related challange. This group is facilitated by Linda Bellefeuille, COA Elder Advocate and Social Worker.

3. Dover Parks and Recreation will be hosting a tree lighting ceremony tonight at the . The lighting will be at 7:00 p.m. and people are encouraged to arrive around 6:30 p.m. After the ceremony the Chickering Elementary School band will be play holiday music. There will also be hot chocolate and cookies served as refreshments.
4. The (GANS), at the will be open today from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This consignment shop offers "good as new" quality items which includes antiques, collectibles, toys, games, books, clothing, seasonal items, small appliances and so much more. 5. D-S High boys and girls varsity basketball teams are back into action tonight. The boys will play a scrimmage game at Needham High School at 6:00 p.m. while the Lady Raiders play a scrimmage game at Attleboro HS at 6:00 p.m. Also, the boys varsity ice hockey team vs Marlborough HS at a 7:40 p.m. scrimmage game.
