Five Things You Need To Know About Today: Feb. 4

1. There is an eighty percent chance of snow on Saturday throughout the day according to the National Weather Service website. Check back here on Patch for more details.

2. The boys varsity basketball team will square off at home against Ashland tonight at 6:30 p.m. The Lady Raiders will be in Ashland with their game starting at 6:30 p.m. as well.

3. Kids ages 2-5 can go to the Sherborn Library to enjoy songs, stories, and crafts as part of their Storytime starting at 10:30 a.m. before that at 10:00 a.m. the Mother Goose Baby Lapsit for children up to two years old can join in songs, games, and fun.

4. The Charles River School welcomes Ed Webster a renowned speaker, author, and mountain climber, who was one of the first people to climb Mount Everest without the assistance of oxygen tanks, radios, or Sherpa guides. He will be giving a special presentation to students in grade 2-8 at 11:00 a.m.

5. The Tri-County Regional boys and girls varsity basketball teams will tip off tonight both against Southeastern Regional. The girls will play at home starting at 3:30 p.m. and the boys will be in Easton also starting at 3:30 p.m.
