Five Things You Need To Know About Today: Book Drive, Library Events and Wine Tasting

1. The 2012 Sherborn Annual Town Election will be held today. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the . Check back here on D-S Patch for election results.
2. The PTO are collecting books for their first-ever "New To You Book Sale" which will take place on Arts Night, May 23rd. Now is the perfect time to declutter all the books your child no longer reads or has outgrown and donate them to a good cause. From May 7th through May 21st, please drop off all books in the bin in the Chickering Library.

- An American Mah-Jongg group will meet today at 1:00 p.m. in the Community Room. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experts.
- Two story and craft times about the "gardens" will take place today. The children's hour will be from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the family hour will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room. Both of these programs are drop-in programs and no registration is required.
- The library will host an open game night from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for anyone 12 and over. Enjoy a night of card games, Euro-style board games, mahjong and more.
4. The boys' and girls' varsity lacrosse team face Hopkinton at 5:15 p.m. The boys' team will play home while the girls' team plays away at Hopkinton.
