Five Things You Need To Know This Weekend: May 21 And 22

Be sure to check here for useful information about what is going on in Dover and Sherborn this weekend.

1. The PMC Kids Ride is on Sunday at the Dover-Sherborn Middle School at 9:00 a.m. The race is for kids ages 3-14. Registration costs $15. For more information click here.

2. Powisset Farm Spring Fest is Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Bring the whole family to Powisset Farm to kick off the 2011 farming season. Spring Fest will include farm tours, guided nature walks, live music, projects for kids, and vendors selling crafts and food.

3. The boys varsity tennis team will play at Ashland High School at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The boys varsity baseball team will play an away game at Canton High School at 4:30 p.m. The D-S varsity sailing team will compete in the Herrshoff Championships at a time to be determined.

4. On Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. stretch your body and mind with yoga at theUnitarian Universalist Area Church at First Parish in Sherborn in Alliance Hall.

5. Mandarin Chinese lessons continue this weekend at the Dover Town Library. There are three sessions on Saturday: 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  for kids 6-months-old  to 4-years-old; 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for children 4-years-old to 8-years-old; 11:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for kids 8-years-old to 12-years-old.
