1. The 99 Restaurant:

What’s better than one deal? The 99 is offering two deals. Like their Facebook page and earn a $5 coupon off of a $25 purchase. Also, kids eat FREE (must order from the kids’ menu) any day when the Red Sox won the day before. Bring your sports fans into the 99 to celebrate Red Sox success!

3. Barnes and Noble:

Pick a deal, any deal:

  • Business books and beach reads are buy one, get another 50 percent off.
  • Clearance tables are located at the front and the back of the store, which give you up to 75 percent off selected books.
  • Kids’ Club is a free program for children up to age 12. Provide an email address for an initial 30 percent off any kid’s item. For every $100 you spend using the Kids’ Club Card you earn a $5 coupon, and your child gets a coupon for a free cupcake in the B&N Café on their birthday!
  • Story time every Tuesday and Friday at 10:30 a.m. Bring your preschooler in to listen to a fascinating story and do a free craft or some coloring.
  • Summer Reading program for kids in K-6: Go into your local Barnes and Noble store, pick up the journal and bring it home. Your child will read eight books (any eight books will do) and will record the name, title and “where the book took him” while reading (the theme of this program is “Imagination Destination”). You, the parent, will sign off on the journal when it’s completed and you can bring it into the store for a free book.
