1. Home Depot (Kids Workshops – FREE):

Bring your kids into your local Home Depot to make a back to school pencil box! This event is designed for kids ages 5 – 12. All children who participate will get to keep their craft, a Kids Workshop apron, a commemorative pin, and a certificate of achievement.

2. Museum Passes:

Norwood residents (or anyone who works full time in Norwood) can pick up free and/or significantly discounted passes to several museums in and around the area, including the NE Aquarium, the Museum of Science, the MFA, and many more. 3. DCR Park Pass:
Deal Time: All summer long

The Norwood Recreation Department has partnered with the Department of Conservation and Recreation's "Use Nature as Your Guide" program to offer a ParkPass that entitles the bearer to free parking for one vehicle to any Massachusetts State Park or State Beach. Come to the Norwood Recreation Department to reserve this pass one week in advance. Passes will only be reserved by Norwood residents or staff working full-time in Norwood. There is a $5 refundable deposit that will be returned once the pass is returned. For more detailed information, please contact the Norwood Recreation Department.
4. Monster Mini Golf:
Deal Time: Monday-Thursday

Play two rounds of golf for the price of one Monday through Thursday. Wear your Red Sox shirt on Tuesday and receive $1 off admission. Wear your Patriots shirt on Wednesday and receive a $1 off admission. They also offer student and senior discounts. Or, you can bypass all of this and buy an unlimited three month pass for $25 or an unlimited annual pass for $75.
