Easter Egg Hunts, Nature and Easter Crafts are on the agenda for this weekend.
- Norwood Recreation Department will host a spring Egg Hunt for children of the ages tots to grade 2 at the Field on Sat., April 7 at 10:00 a.m. Children will also be visited from the guest of honor, the Easter Bunny. Admission is $3.00 per child and five sealed filled eggs.
- Dover Parks & Recreation will host their Annual Spring Egg Hunt on the Dover Town Common on Springdale Ave. on Sat., April 7 at 11:00 a.m. This family event will feature hundreds of eggs for children to gather, a special “tot” area for children under the age of three and a visit by the Easter Bunny who will be available for photos. Refreshments will also be served. In the event of inclement weather please call 508-785-0476 for cancellation and/or postponement information. Admission is free.
- Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary in Norfolk will hold a Turtle Trekkers Program, Sat., April 7 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Join a Stony Brook teacher on the trails and learn about nature. This fun event will also include crafts, activities and lots of laughter. This month's theme: Fantastic Frogs. This program is suited for children 2 years and 9 months old to 6 years old with a parent. Pre-registration is required for all programs. - Norwood Community Center will host a Flashlight Spring Egg Hunt for children in grades 3-5 on Sat., April 7 at 8:00 p.m. at the Norwood Field. Admission is $5.00 per child.
- at in Foxborough will host a variety of Easter activities on Sat. and Sun. including an Easter Egg Hunt from 1 pm - 2 pm; children's crafts from 12pm - 3 pm and the opportunity to receive a free 4x6 photo with The Easter Bunny on Sat. from 11 am - 3pm and Sunday from 1 pm - 4 pm. Admission is Free.
