Polar Express, Santa at Gillette Stadium and Gingerbread Houses are on the agenda for this weekend.

Barnes and Noble in the Walpole Mall will hold a special reading of "The Polar Express" on Fri., Dec. 9 at 7:00 p.m. This event will take place in the Children's Department and will include cookies, hot chocolate and a raffle. Children are invited to wear their pajamas as they listen to this holiday classic. Admission is Free.

Showcase Cinemas De Lux located at Patriot Place in Foxborough will feature the holiday classic "White Christmas" on Sat. Dec., 10 at 10:00 a.m. Admission is Free with a donation of non-perishable food item to benefit a local food pantry.

Looking to create a unique Family Christmas Photo or Card this year? On Sat., Dec. 10th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm you can have your family or child's photo taken with Santa on the , the same field that the New England Patriots Play On. All photos will be available to order online following the event. Guests are also welcome to bring their own camera to capture this special moment! There are two admission options: Admission is free if you donate a new or gently used coat to Cradles to Crayons or by making a $20.00 donation to Cradles to Crayons.

Start a yearly holiday tradition while creating lasting memories at the 10th annual child/parent gingerbread house classes at in Medfield, MA. During this 1-1/2 class, each parent-child team will receive all the supplies needed to create their own large gingerbread house to take home. Each class is instructed under the guidance of one of Zebra's pastry chefs and staff. Classes will be held on Sat., Dec. 10 and Sun., Dec. 11th at 9:00 am , 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tickets are sold online only; no tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets are $50.00 which covers one child and one parent team. The price for each additional child is $20.00. Tickets are available HERE.

Santa's Wonderland at the at in Foxborough has a weekend filled with games, activities and crafts. Make a Santa Bobber Ornament on Sat. and Sun. from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. or take a free photo with Santa on Sat., 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Sun., 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Admission is free.
