Pet Of The Week: Meet Charmin

This week's pet of the week is a bunny named Charmin.

Like too many bunnies that end up at shelters, Charmin was purchased at a pet store by someone who wasn't prepared to care for him for his entire life, so he is now at the Shelter hoping a new family will fall in love with him. As you can see, he is an adorable Mini-lop rabbit and has a super-friendly personality. He loves to give kisses and follow people around. He even seems to enjoy being held. When you shake his treats he comes running like a puppy and is very accustomed to being around people. He is not yet neutered, but will be before we place him in a new home. Charmin is one-year-old, so he is a young bunny. Rabbits are active, gentle pets that are happiest and healthiest when they have a large clean cage, lots of play time out of their cage, and plenty of fresh hay and veggies daily.  Pease call the Shelter if you are interested in adopting Charmin or any other pet in our care: 508-359-8989.
