Sophie is a beautiful 8-year-old Calico kitty who came to the Medfield Animal Shelter because her owner passed away and no family members were able to take her in. She is very friendly and loving. Once she comes out of her cage, she can't get close enough to you and begs for attention. She's a very sweet cat who needs a new family looking for a devoted companion. The Shelter is looking for volunteers interested in caring for the pets and helping with all the tasks that keep the Shelter running smoothly. If you are interested in walking dogs, helping with the website, doing a few loads of laundry, or doing any of the daily pet care tasks, please send an e-mail to medfieldshelter@gmail.com. You must be at least 16 years old in order to volunteer.
