Motor Vehicle Parking Violation- 9:28 p.m.

Cross Street, Chickering School- Two parking citations issued for parking in a restricted issue.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 9:53 p.m.

Centre Street- Verbal warning issued.

Sherborn

Traffic Enforcement- 5:25 p.m.

Washington Street and Page Farm Road- One citation issued.

Disabled Motor Vehicle- 2:42 p.m.

Washington Street- Motor vehicle ran out of gas. Motorist assisted, on the way.

Walk-In, Assisted Citizen- 7:46 p.m.

Leland Drive- Reporting party is having issues with neighbor walking dog next to her windows early in the morning and late at night.

 

Tuesday- March 22, 2011

Dover

Breaking and Entering- Unknown time

Powissett Street, Grossman Day Camp- Caretaker of property reported that someone had forced their way into the sports shed, taking sports equipment and leaving it in the fields. Reporting party stated that there was no damage rendered to the shed or the door and that he was unable to determine whether any equipment had been stolen.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 9:35 p.m.

Farm Street- Citation issued for passenger restriction violation, citation for seatbelt violation, municipal violation for possession of marijuana. Owner of vehicle came to scene and took possession of the vehicle.

Sherborn

Complaint- 9:34 a.m.

Village Way- Reporting party stated she was being harassed by another resident.

Noise Complaint- 6:45 p.m.

Village Way- Reporting party stated someone is in the hallways yelling and slamming doors.

 

Wednesday- March 23, 2011

Dover

Suspicious Activity- 5:01 p.m.

Greystone Road- Caller reported a suspicious male in the woods looking into houses. Caller then saw the male walk to a black pickup truck and drive down Greystone Road. Officer responded however the truck was gone one arrival.

Fire- 5:47 p.m.

Valley Road- Caller reported heavy smoke coming from an unoccupied house in the neighborhood. Fire Dept. and officers found heavy smoke at Valley Road residence. Fire Dept. gained access to ventilate house and shut off oil burner and water. Homeowners notified.

Sherborn

Traffic Enforcement- 5:05 a.m.

Eliot Street- One citation issued.

Erratic Operation- 3:15 p.m.

North Main Street and Coolidge Street- Car swerving in and out of marked lanes. Passed along to Natick PD.

 

Thursday- March 24, 2011

Dover

Erratic Operation- 7:40 a.m.

Forest Street- Sherborn PD called with information regarding erratic operation that had crossed into Dover. Verbal warning issued.

Fire- 5:02 p.m.

Dedham Street, Noanet Woodlands- Reporting party reported a brush fire at the town pit. Fire Dept. was dispatched and fire was extinguished.

Animal Complaint- 10:18 a.m.

Maple Street- Walk-in reported chickens crossing the roadway.

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash- 1:03 p.m.

Farm Road- Motor vehicle vs. tree.

 

Friday- March 25, 2011

Dover

Motor Vehicle Stop- 11:21 a.m.

Farm Street- Motor vehicle stop. Verbal warning issued for no brake lights and inspection sticker.

Suspicious Activity- 2:11 p.m.

Knollwood Drive- Resident stated that she heard noises upstairs and requested that and officer check her home. Officers checked home. All ok.

Sherborn

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash- 7:36 a.m.

South Main Street and Bullard Street- 2 car motor vehicle accident.

Suspicious Activity- 10:24 p.m.

Coolidge Street- Car parked at the end of the driveway. Resident is going to check to see if it is one of his son's friends. Checks ok.

 

Saturday- March 26, 2011

Dover

Lockout/Lockin- 6:51 a.m.

Saddle Ridge Road- Caller requested assistance with residential lock out. Access gained. One window broken in process.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 9:13 a.m.

Hartford Street and Saddle Ridge Road- Verbal warning issued for speeding.

Sherborn

Suspicious Activity- 4:13 p.m.

Leland Drive- Female reporting that her father has been receiving solicitation phone calls from someone claiming to be from Mass. Chiefs of Police Association. Party stated that they would come by in person to pick up the check.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 9:24 p.m.

Eliot Street- Citation issued.

 

Sunday- March 27, 2011

Dover

Fire- 12:30 p.m.

Raleigh Road- Resident called to report his neighbor was burning brush and felt the fire could be out of control. Officer responded and observed a small fire was well under control with a hose nearby.

Erratic Operation- 11:29 p.m.

County Street- Medfield police report an erratic operator on Route 109 heading toward the Dover line. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate a vehicle matching the description.

Sherborn

Disabled Motor Vehicle- 4:32 p.m.

Coolidge Street- Vehicle out of gas. Good samaritan brought gas. Officer followed vehicle to Citgo.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 8:23 p.m.

Maple Street- Verbal warning issued for speeding.

 

Monday- March 28, 2011

Dover

Building Check- 12:23 a.m.

Farm Street- Officer reports all regional schools, admin buildings, and busses are ok.

Sherborn

Traffic Enforcement- 10:26 a.m.

Maple Street- One citation issued.
