Dover and Sherborn town officials are dealing with the affects of the storm ahead of Hurricane Irene, which has been down graded to a tropical storm.

There are reports of down wires and trees in Dover and Sherborn. Throughout Massachusetts, an estimated 280,000 people are without power.
