The Dover Finance Committee on Roads met this week and discussed the town's snow and ice removal budget. Dover has spent about $380,000 on snow and ice removal.

The D-S Regional School Committee was busy this week. They reviewed their approximately $20 million budget and discussed a $590,000 bill for a wastewater treatment facility at the high school that needs to be replaced, per order of the state Department of Environment Protection.

The Sherborn Inn was in back wages and liquidated damages after an investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division determined that they had misclassified employees as independent contractors and, as a result, violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by denying them proper compensation for all hours worked.

, signifying the day before Lent, was celebrated by the Pilgrim Church in Sherborn with a pancake dinner. Adults and kids feasted on bacon, sausage, fruit, and of course, pancakes.
