There was no doubt that Holliston came to play and there was no doubt that DSGS was not going to let that happen. The game was played Wednesday, 9/25 at 3:30 PM on a beautiful Fall day. Both teams were eager to wrap this up. Soon into the first half Holliston scored from the 30 to let up DS first goal. The battle continued and later in the second half, Holliston was to score again from outside of the 18 to win the match 2-0.
Players that made a recognizable effort: Caitlin Balmer in defense, Jackie Goudreault in midfield, and Ali Famm on outside mid. Kasey Huemme, Rachel Shone, and Molly Doyle as well as Claire O'Callaghan and Leah Balmer made an extreme effort to close this match that led to a second loss for the Raider's.
