Not sure whether to sell or renovate your home? Check out "Love It Or List It" presentation

Local realtor and residential home builder pair up to host "Love It Or List It" presentation. All are invited to attend to fun, interactive Q&A program.

The HGTV show "Love It Or List It" helps homeowners decide whether to renovate their home or sell it to accommodate their family's changing needs.

Residents of Dover, Sherborn, and nearby communities are invited to hear our own "Love It Or List It" presentation.

Eric Gilmore of Gilmore Building Company, Inc will speak about how to make your home adapt to your long-term needs, and Leslie Mann of Hallmark Sotheby's International Realty will share ideas on getting the most value when you sell your home. Eric is the owner of Gilmore Building Co, a residential builder that combines New England architecture, innovative building technology, and convenient living amenities. Leslie is a realtor with Hallmark Sotheby's International Realty and a real estate writer for the MetroWest Daily News. The pair will be happy to field homeowners’ questions during this interactive session.
