Five Things You Need to Know: Tuesday, June 26

Where will the black bear be spotted today?

1. UPDATED ON THE TRAVELING BEAR- The Black Bear was spotted in Brookline last year and spent most of yesterday going to north. Saturday, he was first found in Medfield.

2. SPEAKING OF ANIMALS- This is a great tip from the ASAPCA for the Fourth of July holiday. Keep your pets on their normal diet. Any change, even for one meal, can give your pets severe indigestion and diarrhea. This is particularly true for older animals who have more delicate digestive systems and nutritional requirements. And keep in mind that foods such as onions, chocolate, coffee, avocado, grapes and raisins, salt and yeast dough can all be potentially toxic to companion animals.
