Pet of the Week: Meet Quincy

This week's pet is a bunny named Quincy.

Quincy was rescued along with another rabbit from an extremely neglectful situation where they were not given enough food or water. Quincy was so happy to see the big salad, fresh water and hay in his cage at the sMedfield Animal Shelter that he acted like he had died and gone to heaven. He is now neutered and ready for a new home. He is a very handsome and gentle rabbit and gets along with cats.  Rabbits are active, gentle pets that are happiest and healthiest when they have a large clean cage, lots of play time out of their cage, and plenty of fresh hay and veggies daily. All of the Medfield Shelter's bunnies are indoor pets and would not do well outside in a hutch. If you are interested in adopting a rabbit from our shelter, please fill out our adoption application or call 508-359-8989.
