Carpenter Loses Three Fingers From Accident
Surgery is expected to reattach fingers, according to Dover Police.
A carpenter working at a residential worksite at 3 Valley Rd. in Dover accidentally severed three of his fingers with a chop saw, according to Dover Police.
At first it was thought that the fingers would be lost, but Dover Police Officer Nicole Bratcher said that the wounded man was transported to Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, where he is undergoing surgery to reattach the fingers.
