Monday- April 2, 2012

Animal Complaint- 8:52 a.m.

Pleasant Street- A resident requested assistance with a raccoon trapped in her window well that may be sick. The party called back because the animal had left the area.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 11:35 a.m.

Walpole Street- Written warning issued for inspection sticker.

Tuesday- April 3, 2012

Erratic Operation- 6:50 a.m.

Pleasant Street- Sherborn and Natick police were on the lookout for a vehicle that was "all over the road." Officers were unable to locate.'

Alarm, Fire- 10:26 a.m.

South Street, Medfield- Norfolk County Control requested an engine for station coverage in Medfield during a working house fire. Fire was extinguished.

9-1-1 Call- 10:48 a.m.

Farm Street, Dover-Sherborn Regional Middle School- Caller stated that she was trapped in the Middle School elevator. Fire engine 2 dispatched. Party was released from the elevator.

Assault and Battery- 6:46 p.m.

Turtle Lane, Mass. Horticultural Society- Reporting party stated that he was struck by a vehicle at Elm Bank. Vehicle in question was located by officers. Officers requested that the operator come to the station to speak to the investigating officer. The operator has not come in as of yet.

 

Wednesday- April 4, 2012

Suspicious Activity- 2:49 p.m.

Hartford Street- Caller reported a male walking on Hartford Street toward Westwood looking in mailboxes. Officers checked the area, the man was gone on arrival. Westwood PD was given a description of the party.

Harassing Phone Calls- 3:32 p.m.

Forest Street- Caller stated that she received a suspicious phone call from a party looking to confirm her name and address. Resident was advised not to answer questions to parties that she does not know.

 

Thursday- April 5, 2012

Suspicious Activity- 8:56 p.m.

Partridge Hill Road- Reporting party stated that a suspicious looking motor vehicle was parked in front of a house. Described as a black pick up truck with Rhode Island plates. Officers checked the area, gone on arrival.

 

Friday- April 6, 2012

Animal Complaint- 5:04 p.m.

Old Farm Road- Reporting party stated that they saw a coyote walking on the street and that it looked in rough shape. Area checked, gone on arrival.

 

Saturday- April 7, 2012

Fire, Brush- 11:46 a.m.

Kraw Drive- Party reported that a brush fire had spread into the woods.

Larceny Over $250- 2:41 p.m.

Centre Street- Party reported that several items were stolen from residence over the last three weeks. Incident was referred to the detective division.

 

Sunday- April 8, 2012

Fire, Other- 7:39 p.m.

Crest Drive- Walpole PD received a 9-1-1 call for heavy smoke and fire on Crest Drive at County Street. The fire department found a homeowner burning brush. No permits were issued that day. Westwood and Dover Fire extinguished the fires.

 

Monday- April 9, 2012

Vandalism- 2:44 a.m.

Draper Road and Hartford Street- Grafitti found on a stop sign.
