Monday- Jan. 9, 2011

Motor Vehicle Crash- 12:10 p.m.

Powissett Street- Caller reported that she was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Powissett Street. Citation issued to the operator of vehicle two for a marked lanes violation.

Harassing Phone Calls- 12:00 p.m.

Farm Street- Resident stated that he had been receiving approximately 10 phone calls a day from a private phone number. When the line is picked up, there is silence and the other line disconnects. Resident was referred to the phone provider to flag the calls in an effort to identify the calling party.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 11:54 p.m.

Dedham Street- Verbal warning issued for speeding and inspection sticker.

 

Wednesday- Jan. 11, 2011

Suspicious Activity- 11:30 a.m.

Powissett Street- Caller stated that while walking the blue trail she heard a weird futuristic whizzing noise and was afraid to walk back to her vehicle. Officer checked the area, nothing was found or heard.

Lost/Missing Property- 3:04 p.m.

Maple Lane- Walk-in reported property missing from her residence. Information taken.

Larceny Under $250- 6:03 p.m.

Walpole Street, Mobil- Employee reported someone that drove off owed $30.21 in gas. Owner called back stating that she will resolve the issue with Mobil.

 

Thursday- Jan. 12, 2011

Assist Other Agency- 7:28 p.m.

Walpole Street- Officer Clouse processed a breathalyzer refusal for Medfield PD subsequent to an OUI arrest they made.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 10:02 p.m.

Farm Street- Citation issued for no inspection sticker, defective equipment and no seat belt.

 

Friday- Jan. 13, 2011

Mutual Aid- 2:44 a.m.

Chestnut Street- McDonalds, Needham, Mass.- Needham PD requested a cruiser respond to the area. They had a female caller on the line who was being followed by three white males in caps and sweatshirts. Dover officers assisted.

Hazardous Conditions- 1:50 p.m.

County Street- Caller stated that while traveling down 109 a window came out of a jeep being towed and shattered in the roadway. Hazard removed.

 

Saturday- Jan. 14, 2011

Suspicious Activity- 12:42 p.m.

Centre Street- Detective Hagan reported suspicious activity. Parties found on a  property said they were in the garage and barn. Property owner contacted but did not want to press charges. Report filed.

Civil Matter- 2:55 p.m.

Centre Street- Neighbors battling over property line.

 

Sunday- Jan. 15, 2011

Civil Matter- 9:20 a.m.

Meeting House Hill Road- Party expressed concern over a civil matter. Advised to contact his attorney and seek an injunction.

Littering/Illegal Dumping- 11:29 a.m.

Claybrook Road- Det. Hagan reported trash in the roadway, items removed and brought to the station dumpster.

 

Monday- Jan. 16, 2011

9-1-1 Call- 2:07 a.m.

Juniper Lane- Caller stated that he is unable to get himself out of bed after falling a short time before. Transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
