Monday- March 12, 2012

Vandalism- 4:20 p.m.

Greystone Road- Party reported vandalism to their new fence. The damage to the fence appeared to be caused from a fallen tree limb. Someone entered the reporting party's property to cut up the fallen tree limb.

Animal Complaint- 7:32 p.m.

County Street- Reporting party stated there was a sick raccoon in the back yard. The animal comes out at night at is aggressive. Animal Control Officer was notified and set a trap.

Tuesday- March 13, 2012

Fraud- 5:08 p.m.

Indian Spring Road- Report of credit card fraud. Information taken.

Animal Complaint- 6:58 p.m.

Springdale Avenue, Dover Market- Report of a dog bite. Officers spoke to all involved parties and the Animal Control Officer was notified and will be contacting those involved as well.

 

Wednesday- March 14, 2012

9-1-1 Call- 11:39 a.m.

Dedham Street, Noanet Woodlands- Caller stated that a black lab jumped off the waterfall in the Noanet Woodlands and is injured. Dover Fire assisted with the removal of the dog the reporting party from the mill ditch. Dog taken to vet by owner.

Motor Vehicle Theft- 12:25 p.m.

Alewife Brook Parkway, Alewife T Station, Cambridge- MBTA police reported a stolen vehicle that was recovered. The guardian and the brother of the involved party were notified and were provided with tow company information.

Erratic Operation- 6:59 p.m.

Dedham Street- State Police called to report erratic operation on Centre Street coming into Dover Center from Medfield. Needham PD notified.

 

Thursday- March 15, 2012

Motor Vehicle Stop- 10:06 p.m.

Pine Street- Verbal warning issued for speeding.

 

Friday- March 16, 2012

Motor Vehicle Stop- 4:42 p.m.

Centre Street- Civil citation issued to an operator for no inspection sticker, uninsured vehicle and operating after revoked registration. Vehicle towed.

General Services- 6:14 p.m.

Claybrook Road- Officer spoke to a suspect's mother regarding an active warrant. Suspect was not home.

 

Saturday- March 17, 2012

Warrant Service- 6:40 a.m.

Claybrook Road- Detective Hagan secured a search warrant, signed by the Dedham Court Clerk. Arrest made.

Erratic Operation- 10:36 p.m.

Walpole Street and Taylor Lane- Reporting party called about an erratic operator from Medfield who crossed the white line and was braking excessively. Verbal warning issued.

 

Sunday- March 18, 2012

Motor Vehicle Stop- 1:09 a.m.

Wilsondale Street- Verbal warning to operator for no inspection sticker.

Suspicious Activity- 3:50 p.m.

Highland Cemetery- Reporting party stated he was at Highland Cemetery and observed fake $100 bills  attached to headstones. He confiscated them because he is one of the commissioners. Reporting party informed it was not a criminal matter because he wasn't reporting any damage to the headstones.

 

Monday- March 19, 2012

Alarm, Fire- 7:43 a.m.

Centre Street- Caller stated that the fire alarms were going off in his house. Fire dispatched, CO2 alarm tripped in the basement. CO2 readings negative, false alarm.
