Monday- May 21, 2012

Motor Vehicle Complaint- 5:22 p.m.

Centre Street, Norfolk Hunt Club- Reporting party stated that his neighbor's girlfriend drove away from his residence highly intoxicated. The reporting party further stated that she was heading inbound on Centre Street. He added that he observed her slumped over the wheel at approximately 12:00 p.m. that day. Sgt. Meau observed the vehicle cross into Needham and followed it. The vehicle was stopped on Walker Lane and Needham PD was requested to respond to the scene. Party arrested for OUI in Needham.

Animal Complaint- 6:43 a.m.

Springdale Avenue, Channing Pond- Caller reported a snapping turtle in the roadway. Cones were left by the turtle to protect it from vehicles.

Suspicious Activity- 3:29 p.m.

Wakeland Road- Party reported that she saw a car drive near her residence and someone got out and tap on her window of her house. Party requested extra checks of the area.

 

Wednesday- May 23, 2012

Wire(s) Down- 7:06 p.m.

Centre Street- Walk-in reported possible wire down on Centre Street, thought she saw sparks. Officer checked area, no sparks or problems with the utility pole in question.

 

Thursday- May 24, 2012

Erratic Operation- 3:21 p.m.

Walpole Street- Caller reported an erratic operator who drove past a school bus with the stop sign and lights flashing. Officers unable to locate the vehicle.

Complaint- 8:49 p.m.

Walpole Street- Caller reported that trash was left at the end of her driveway and she would like to report that she thought someone left the trash on purpose. Information taken.

 

Friday- May 25, 2012

Illegal Dumping/Trash- 5:26 p.m.

Dedham Street and Centre Street- Trash/empties in the roadway. Items picked up, roadway clear.

B&E Motor Vehicle- 8:15 p.m.

Perry Street, Sherborn- Dover resident referred to Sherborn PD to report a breaking and entering incident of a motor vehicle which occurred in Sherborn the night before.

Assist Citizen- 9:04 p.m.

Walpole Street- A cab driver requested assistance with an intoxicated passenger. The party was awakened, evaluated and escorted to his residence.

 

Saturday- May 26, 2012

Assist Other Agency- 1:19 a.m.

Tubwreck Drive, Medfield- Medfield PD reported a B&E of a motor vehicle in their town by the Dover line. Reporting party stated that a van with a possible flat tire left the area one to Route 109. Vehicle located in Medfield with tire damage. Medfield PD reported that the operator was in custody for breaking and entering to a motor vehicle.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 10:25 p.m.

Dedham Street and Mill Street- Citation issue to operator for speeding, citation issued to passenger for seat belt violation.

 

Sunday- May 27, 2012

Motor Vehicle Stop, Arrest Made- 2:17 a.m.

Village Hill Road- Officer reported one male juvenile in custody. Arrest citation issued for unlicensed operation and minor transporting alcohol.

Malicious Destruction- 1:45 p.m.

Claybrook Road- Resident reported that someone spray painted a profanity on her driveway. Sergeant responded and interviewed the residents.

 

Monday- May 28, 2012

Vandalism- 2:00 a.m.

Claybrook Road and Meadowbrook Road- Officer reported that the roadway had been spray painted.
