Larceny Over $250- 8:52 a.m.

Walpole Street- Reporting party came into the station to report missing jewelry from house.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 6:36 p.m.

Farm Street- Written warning for speed and verbal warning for license.

Tuesday- Sept. 27, 2011

Animal Complaint- 8:28 p.m.

Springdale Ave.- Party called to report that a bird flew into the kitchen. Party called back to report that the bird flew out of an open window.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 4:17 p.m.

Claybrook Road- Citation issue for seatbelt and inspection sticker.

Domestic Disturbance- 9:29 p.m.

Donnelly Driver- Caller reported her daughter pushed her. Officers responded.

 

Wednesday- Sept. 28, 2011

Animal Complaint- 11:14 a.m.

Willow Street- Party brought an injured bat into the station. Animal Control Officer notified. ACO euthanized the bat and put it in the freezer.

Motor Vehicle Complaint- 3:20 p.m.

Walpole Street- Officer observed a motor vehicle that was involved in a OUI last night in Needham. As the officer drove by he observed and identified the operator as the operator that was arrested last night. The motor vehicle fled the scene as the officer turned around. A printout of the suspension was in hand.

 

Thursday- Sept. 29, 2011

Motor Vehicle Stop- 4:15 p.m.

County Street- Citation issued for no inspection sticker, no registration sticker and defective brake lights.

Motor Vehicle Stop, Arrest(s) Made- 7:39 p.m.

Whiting Road- Motor vehicle stop. Unlicensed operation. One under arrest. Transported to station. Motor vehicle removed and towed.

 

Friday- Sept. 30, 2011

Medical Emergency- 2:32 p.m.

Hughe Lane- Caller stated that a roofer has nailed himself to the roof of her home.

Motor Vehicle Crash- 3:23 p.m.

Dedham Street and Centre Street- Cell caller reported a 3 car motor vehicle accident with no injuries. Roadside rescue on scene.

 

Saturday- Oct. 1, 2011

Motor Vehicle Stop- 9:49 a.m.

Walpole Street- Written warning for speeding.

Medical Emergency- 11:08 a.m.

Centre Street- Multiple callers reported an injured bicyclist in the roadway. Officer reported two cyclists collided. Ambulance transported one to Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

 

Sunday- Oct. 2, 2011

Hazardous Condition- 9:40 a.m.

Willow Street and Mill Street- Caller stated a vehicle has two dogs running by a vehicle they are leashed to. Officer checked area, no one around.

 

Monday- Oct. 3, 2011

Directed Patrol- 7:45 a.m.

Officer assisted with school traffic, 0 violations.
