Motor Vehicle Crash- 3:33 p.m.

Centre Street- Citation issued for speeding.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 4:54 p.m.

Main Street and Haven Street- Written warning for failure to stop.

Wednesday- September 7, 2011

Gun Shots- 6:27 p.m.

Wilsondale Street- Caller reported hearing gun shots. Officers checked area and spoke with the reporting party. Residents spoken to. All appears ok.

Motor Vehicle Stop- 8:21 p.m.

Farm Road- Verbal warning for defective equipment.

Thursday- September 8, 2011

Erratic Operation- 12:22 p.m.

Centre Street- Caller reported that a white Grand Am in front of her keeps breaking and following closely to the vehicle in front of it. Operator described as a young female appearing distracted, looking at her lap and texting while driving.

9-1-1 Call- 1:17 p.m.

Pleasant Street- Resident stated that two males opened her side door and began to enter her home. When confronted the two parties left in a yellow box truck. Officers dispatched for possible break. It was determined that the issue was a misunderstanding between a contractor and a mistaken address.

Friday- September 9, 2011

Fire, Structure- 10:09 a.m.

Main Street- Caller stated that there was a fire contained within the garage attached to his residence. Fire extinguished. Fire Marshall called to investigate.

Harassing Phone Calls- 1:26 p.m.

Walpole Street- Caller had been getting a lot of harassing phone calls from credit card companies. Officer spoke to the reporting party.

Saturday- September 10, 2011

Medical Emergency- 11:43 a.m.

Church Street- 8-year-old child fell and struck his head. Needham ambulance responding. Transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Needham.

Gun Shots- 9:02 p.m.

Pleasant Street- Reporting party reported possible gun shots in the area of Pleasant Street. Report of a large party on Pleasant Street. Officer spoke with owner about the noise level of a party he was having at his house and possible fireworks being used. Owner turned the music down and stated that there would be no more fireworks. No further action taken.

Sunday- September 11, 2011

Suspicious Activity- 5:35 p.m.

Centre Street, Centre Street Bridge- Reporting party stated that there were kids jumping off the trestle bridge. Needham PD notified.

Monday- September 12, 2011

Alarm, Fire- 2:34 a.m.

Old Meadow Road, Charles River School- Room 201 activation. Head of schools contacted and responded to the building. Officer reported that the alarm was set off due to a beam detector in the gym.
