Dover Police Log: Minors with Alcohol
The following information was provided by the Dover Police Department. When arrests are mentioned there is no indication of a conviction.
Saturday, October 6
Minor Criminal Citations (1:23 a.m.) - In the area of Cross St. and Centre St. officers stopped a motor vehicle. The minor driver was issued a criminal citation for driving with a suspended license, a stop sign violation and for being a minor in possession of alcohol. The passenger received a criminal citation for allowing the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for a minor in possession of alcohol.
Neighbor Dispute (8:41 a.m.) - A caller from Crest Dr. reports that his neighbor has a stop work order and there are several work trucks parked outside. The reporting party requested that the police try to contact the building inspector, who stated that the stop work order had been lifted.
