Dover Police Log: Ghosted! And Move that Speed Limit Sign

The following information was provided by the Dover Police Log. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate an arrest.

Wednesday, October 17

Dog Barking (6:36 a.m.) - An Abbott Rd. resident reports that his neighbor's dog is barking. Officers checked the area and all was quiet.

Sign Move Request (1:00 p.m.) - A resident requests information about how to have a speed limit sign moved. The reporting party was referred to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation website for information regarding speed signage requirements/installation.

Snake (1:30 p.m.) - A Sherbrooke Dr. resident reported that there is a snake outside her bedroom. The resident was emailed information about poisonous snakes and milk snakes. The residents was also provided with animal trapper information. The Animal Control Officer was also contacted.

Ghosted (8:47 p.m.) - A Dedham St. resident called to report that someone knocked on her door. The caller found this strange because of her long driveway. An officer responded and found that the resident had been Ghosted.
