Dover Police Log: Medical Emergency, Suspicious Photographer

The Dover Police Department provided the following information.

Wednesday, Jan. 23

7:45 a.m.: After a motor vehicle stop, officers issued a summons to a driver for operating without a license. 

11:09 a.m.: A caller reported a small balck car parked on the woadway with a person inside taking photographs of the property. An officer checked the area but found nothing. Officers informed the caller police can only act if the photographer enters their property.

Thursday, Jan. 24

1:09 p.m.: A caller reported a downed wire on Farm Street. Officers notified NStar who said they couldn't respond for two hours.

5:35 p.m.: A caller said her 65-year-old husband passed out but is now concious and disoriented. An ambulance responded to the scene.
