Dover Police Log: Move That Truck

The following information was provided by the Dover Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned it does not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, November 21

Fraudulent Call (11:30 a.m.) - A caller reported receiving a suspicious call advising her that she had unpaid back taxes. The reporting party stated that when she asked the caller questions the call sounded fraudulent and she ended the call.

Move Truck (11:35 a.m.) - A caller from Cedar Hill Rd. reported that there is a construction truck and trailer that has been parked on the side of the road for three days. The caller said he wants it removed. The police contacted the company that owns the truck.

Friday, November 23

Fireworks (1:18 a.m.) - A Dover Rd. resident reported that someone was lighting fireworks in the middle of the road. An officer spoke with the person setting off the fireworks and told them to stop.

Larceny Under $250 (11:06 a.m.) - Some items were taken out of a garage on Kraw St.
