Medical Emergency; Suspicious Person in Woods

The Dover Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Friday, July 12
6:28 a.m.: A resident of Grand Hill Drive reported an unknown vehicle parked by her property and she believes the operator may have walked off into the woods. Officers spoke with the reported suspicious party who was out walking his dog. 
8:40 a.m.: A resident requested an ambulance for his 78-year-old  wife who is experiencing pain from a fall. Ambulances responded and transported the woman to the hospital. 
4:08 p.m.: A caller reported solicitors came to her front door. When she didn't answer they went to the back door and knocked and called out to her. She was concerned the solicitors have become too bold and assertive.
