Police Search Woods For Horse Rider

The Dover Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, July 31

8:56 a.m.: A caller reported a horse coming out of the woods with a saddle and no rider. An officer responded and located the rider, who had no injuries. 
6:34 p.m.: A resident reported possible identity theft after Life Lock called the resident saying someone tried to open an account in their name. 
10:32 p.m.: A caller reported a car speeding up and down Rolling Lane. Officers responded but were unable to locate the vehicle.
